Oh well, I may as well get to the point on this series....
It has already been 9 episodes since the 9th season of Two and A Half Men came out, with Ashton Kutcher now being the half in the series, we would probably be expecting some interesting stuff from them, but....

Out of the 9 episodes, I only found 3-4 of them enjoyable, the last 2 were particularly bad, tying in Charlie, maybe just to promote the ratings. Hardcore TAAHM would probably have quit the series by now, and I would agree with them as well.

If Charlie Sheen can give the show a rating of 8/10. The new rating with Ashton Kutcher...
is a mere 5/10. This is particularly low, especially for a sitcom that I used to like. The new series is not really enjoyable, but still watchable.

There is one more series that I would love to mention:
Yes. The Big Bang Theory. I know that a lot of people already watch this series, but I only recently started watching it. To put it the Barney Stinson way: It is Legen-wait-for-it-dary.

Sheldon Cooper and Raj provide a ton of comic relief to this series. The obnoxious bastard and the guy who can't talk to girls unless he's drunk. The intellectual banter among the 3 PhDs and the masters degree holder is awesome on so many levels. Penny the girl who lives across hall is a waitress and acts as the dumb blond in the series, no offense meant, but that is insinuated in the series through the comparison of her to the other 4 intellectuals.
For The Big Bang Theory, mixed with the dissappointment of 2 and a half men, I would give it a rating of 8/10, same as the previous 2 and a half men series.

久违了在线的朋友们，已经一年没在这里废话了。真是的，我什么时候也变得这么懒惰了，太抱歉了。我上一个post就是去年的光棍节了，希望下一个不会是明年的，哈哈。这年来，发生了许多不可思议的事情了，没办法抽空在这跟你们哆嗦，但我希望再次开始写blog了。记得我有个朋友告诉我：

“人生就是一列开往坟墓的列车，路途上会有很多站口，没有一个人可以自始至终陪着你走完，你会看到来来往往，上上下下的人。如果幸运，会有人陪你走过一段，当这个人要下车的时候，即使不舍，也该心存感激，然后挥手道别，因为，说不定下一站会有另外一个人陪你走的更远...一切好聚好散... ”

没有人会一生都呆在你身边的。人来人往是这个不变的法则。现在单身的朋友们，出去走走看看吧，可能在对的时候在对的转角碰上对的人，明年你不再过光棍节了。

亲爱的不再是单身的可怜的朋友们，既然你们不再过光棍节了，不代表着你们不需要再过个节日了。切记，你们是经过多少个光棍节才到今天的。珍惜你身边的那位重要的伴侣吧，她又她的故事，你有你的往事，你们在这世界人口最近超过70亿的人们中碰上对方，就像是你们坐着那列车，目的地可能不同，但方向一样。你们在那人群中相识了，直到其中一方需要走了，就珍惜对方吧。

今天不止是要给那些还是单身的朋友们打气，也要鼓励那些蜜月期已经结束的情侣们不要对他们的感情泄气。我也觉得我说多了反而有点奇怪呢现在，不废话了。祝我在各地的朋友，无论我认为你是个多么一文不值的单细胞生物，关棍节快乐！！

盘点我的2010最佳电影

每年到了这个时候，就是电影和音乐交成绩单的时候了，所以我当然不可以输给人家，也来弄个排行榜过过干瘾。今年，2010年，我开始疯狂的看电影，西方的也好，东方的也好，我看了无数部电影，算是收获蛮丰盛的一年。

（以下的电影排名不分先后）

1. 恋爱通告

这部嘛，就有点偏心的成分了，因为本人是力宏的粉丝。除那之外，其实这真是一部超棒的电影，适逢七夕情人节上映，让人看了觉得特别温馨，特别有feel。力宏不顾形象的演出及他异于常人的导演天赋为这部电影又加了很多分。非常值得看的一部电影！推荐！

2. The Expendables

《敢死队》对我意义特别深远。从小，就不怎么接触西方文化，所以不怎么看他们的电影，理所当然，我认识的西方巨星也寥寥无几。这部电影算是帮了我很大的忙，因为它结合了众多巨星同台演出。这也是我佩服导演和编剧的地方，可以将每个巨星的戏份安排得当，赞！里头嘛，特别喜欢Jasan Statham！虽然情节简单，但它的动作场面实属振奋人心，想必年秒的众多颁奖典礼定会看到它的出现！

3. 狄仁杰之通天帝国

又一部徐克导演的巨作！内地票房2.8亿人民币及刘德华担纲电影主演的最高票房纪录的品质保证，足以证明这部电影的质量。电影里头的视觉效果，实在让人佩服，这我就不多说了。值得一提的是邓超在里头，裴东来白发白脸的造型，让人印象特别深刻。徐克表示，将来会考虑为他发展《裴东来传》。若《狄仁杰》有续集，原本已死去的裴东来和上官静儿（李冰冰饰）都即将重现大荧幕。期待它的续集！

4. 叶问2

甄子丹一直是我最推崇的武打巨星，干净利落且强而有力的动作让我对他的电影爱不释手。叶问２不仅仅是武打巨片，它更带出了中国人的精神和文化。“中国人烧香，不只是为了计算时间，它包含了一种谦逊，是中国人的文化。”　“我不是想证明中国武术比西洋拳更加优胜……”　当然，还念念不忘丹哥的“丹式幽默”，天台晒衣服，收学费，大家都还没忘吧！武打的部分就省略了吧，大家都讲到烂了。总的来说，这部电影觉得值回票价，我还看了两次呢！

5. From Paris With Love

这部电影让我认识又一位电影巨星－－John Travolta。他真是搞笑到了极点，从说话到动作，他的每一个举动都少不了他的幽默。又是一部关于间谍的电影，此类的电影总是频频被搬上大荧幕，却依然深得观众的喜爱。"Wax on, Wax off", Travolta的招牌台词，大家快去看吧，看后就会明白了。电影很棒，顶！

除了这五部电影，其它的喜爱的电影有：《精武风云-陈真》，《近在咫尺的爱恋》，《RED》，《撕票风云》，《The American》，《活该你单身》……还有刚上映的《Takers》和《Unstoppable》都是我给予高度评价的电影！还有一些我已想不起的电影。除那之外，还有一部特别想看，可是大马却没上映的电影--《西风烈》，可怜的我，只好耐心等待PPS了。又看翻版！那是不好的！呵呵！

本人对电影的要求并不高，所以在我心目中会冒出异常多部好电影。此文章纯属分享我个人的看法，供大家参考。

光棍节

这次应该会是各位第一次写华语吧。很遗憾，我的中文的却没这个blog的另外两位棒，所以只能够用英文来写我的post了。

至于为什么我这次是用中文来写呢，跟今天的节日有关系了。今天是2010年的11月11号，每年的11月11号就是光棍节了。因为我不知道今天的英文名字是什么，只好用我的华语来写了。

光棍节的来源有很多种说法，随意上上百度找找就找到了两三个了。有空暇者就到这里去看看吧。不过，等一下，不介意的话也请听小人的意见吧。

11月11号，是由两个双数结合起来而出现的。每个人单身的时候，都是1个人吃饭，1个人看电影，1个人上街逛逛。为何使用11月11号而不是1月1号呢？就是因为要祝福每个人都能够找到另外一个1，才算吗，就是祝福有1个人能够陪伴另外1个人咯`，才使用双数~

不过我也不用多说了，免得另外两个人闲我哆嗦，希望各位读者都能够尽早找到能够共度一生的伴侣，不用每年的今天过着无聊的光棍节。本照片纯属分享，并没有用来形容光棍的意思~

Dancing Attendants now?

Now this is an interesting story

Apparently after having some misadventures involving a kidnapper and tourist from abroad, The Philippines decided to lay low for a while, but recently, Cebu Airlines decided to try something new.

The attendants start off with 'Just Dance' by Lady Gaga, while showing passengers how to fasten their seat belts, and end with 'California Gurls' by Katy Perry. I wonder how it would look like if we really all wayed n shimmied to the exits like them during an emergency?

Cebu Airlines certainly has made flying a wee bit more funkier and interesting than before/

Something recently popped up on my radar:

This happened at The Face Shop at The Curve.

The government takes no action at all. They have even made a statement that The Face Shop is the one to blame for letting one single girl take care of the shop. This sounds logical, since the robbery might not have happened if more than one employee was present...

However,
1. There is no reason for the government to question their company's policy. The presence of only one employee may have caused the robbery to happen, but is it not the duty of the police to catch the robber?
2. The robbers have been caught on FILM. They know who they are, they know which department they are from, and yet no action has been taken against them so far.

Is this what is meant by daylight robbery in Malaysia? I hope someone can answer that question for me. This question is certainly too complex for my simple mind to figure out.

Hmm, it's been quite a while since I actually had time to blog. My finals are coming up, so I won't be blogging as often as I want to. However, a matter of interest came up recently that I wish for people to know.

A new song by Namewee. His short autobiography on what he had done so far, from his high school life to his current 'celebrity' status.

我有自己的梦，自己会走，不管再寂寞。
I have my own dream, I will fulfill it myself, no matter how lonely I am.

It is quite logical given his persecution by the government, and the fact that his outspoken comments on unfair treatments whatever race or religion has drawn the attention of the media.

He speaks too also of the fact that people regard him as a public figure, but he doesn't want that to affect his style of composing.

A good singer despite having being extremely foul-mouthed when singing diao ren (scolding people) songs. This song is definitely different from his usual style. Hopefully he will supply English subtitles for this song soon as well.

Ah, it's that time of the year again, where Muslims will fast for a month, and we can all celebrate Ramadhan at the end of that tiresome month... But apparently some people aren't as good as we consider them to be.I know, I know, its a Chinese newspaper. Its titled: "If you're unhappy with fasting, you can go back to China." The indigenous tribes probably do not even register on his radar as locals, but that's a story for another time. If we have to be sensitive towards you, how about a bit of the other way round as well? Are we supposed to be kept under your thumb for all eternity?
In light of Independence Day, it should be noted that we ALL contributed to it. Not just one tribe, one race, but everyone together. To think he still had the guts to say that "In Barisan, we always take a similar stand on issues affecting all races." (In truth, they do have a similar stand, depending on which side the issue is on.)

They are even letting the principal with just a slap on the wrist, just a public apology. She is getting off scot-free when others would probably be facing the death penalty. 看了一篇这么有趣的报导，实在让我不知说啥是好。

有些话想告诉我们最敬爱的友族同胞，还有我们最尊敬的国家领导人：1 Malaysia？这个不知道何时冒出来，实在精彩万分的标语。原来这就是你们实现它的方法，让我大开眼界。斋戒月在全国各地都隆重的进行中，这是不是表示全国华人也要陪你们一起戒呢？

说华人不尊重“它们”的习俗，那……他们尊重过我们的习俗吗？这个问题实在不方便在这里回答，我保留给有心人士自己去冲杯咖啡，搬张凳子，坐在回教堂前，好好的思索吧。

打机票回中国吗？实在是不错的提议，看来他在说出此话前，真是作足了功课，还知道亚航有优惠。看来他们也不算太无知，至少还知道如何用IE8 去浏览亚航官网。

华人一直都是以谦逊，不被恶劣环境打倒见称。处理事情的方式当然也比较文明点，这是我们和可爱的友族同胞不同的地方。其实，这也难怪他们，我们有5000年的悠久历史，历史的久远造就华人的优良传统。他们呢？呃……我实在不知道如何回答这么复杂又有深度的问题。

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，校长是工程师的老板，当看报导中的两位伟大人物，以那两位目前的“智慧”，我实在为被他们教育的我们国家的下一代感到担忧啊！是不是该帮他们俩订张机票，到中国去进修下呢？既然他们都知道如何上网了，相信这个建议对他们来说，应该还不错。不不不！还是打单程的好点，因为真不知何时，他们才能学成归来，光宗耀祖。

相信，现在应该有很多人在谈论着力宏的全新专辑，所以我也不用多说。只用简洁的文字来带出力宏和他的专辑在我心目中的地位。他的音乐永远那么牵动我的心玄，一直都是我在华语音乐中的首选。盼了好久，终于出辑了，也自导自演了《恋爱通告》。各界都在传诵这音乐才子的“十八般武艺”，同时推出新专辑和新戏。我不得不佩服他。

唱片公司一天砸下千万宣传的专辑，力宏呕心沥血的杰作，真的值得一听！

华语音乐绝对不输其他语种！至少还有力宏这位佼佼者！

这张专辑，我强力推荐，大家一定要听听看！我已经决定买了！有谁要加入我的行列吗？

Finally, after never even making it into the finals EVER, Spain is finally the champion of the FIFA World Cup 2010.At Soccer City Stadium, 11 July 2010, Spain trounced Netherlands after 30minutes of extra time, having Iniesta shooting the goal after a fabulous assist by Torres. However, its still interesting to note they only got the goal after 116 minutes...

OMG my legs aren't long enough.
This is also the first time in my life that I spent watching the World Cup at a kopitiam with friends.
We were there to book seats by 9+, and having to watch endless Music Videos on Astro Hitz. Sitting 5 hours can be a real pain on the you-know-where.

By 10+ the kopitiam was almost full already, as you can tell.Lotsa people got vuvuzela's as well, I wonder how the people in the apartment slept that night?I got 1 for myself as well. Yesm I blew it the whole night through.By 11+ there were even people standing there waiting for seats, I wonder why they didn't try climbing up the tree though?This is the Spain team receiving the World Cup.This is the Spain fans watching them receive the World Cup. Yes, the thing he is holding IS his shirt.Now we all know where they got their cue from.Might be sugar overdose from drinking too much Coke, but I'm still shaking right now. Viva Espana!! :DD

西班牙万岁！！

2010度世界杯刚刚告一段落了，大力神杯也顺利颁出去了。我还记忆犹新，当西班牙队长——Iker Casillas接过奖杯的同时，我的内心是多么的亢奋！！我所支持的球队终于顺利登顶了。欧洲冠军，世界冠军的殊荣足以证明西班牙队的实力。这是足球带给世人的欢乐。终场哨声吹起的瞬间，我整个人站上椅子，转身跟后头的球迷们一同呐喊，一同欢呼，分享彼此心中的那份喜悦。好久没这么high了，那是发自内心的兴奋。

决赛真是我看了8年足球以来数一数二的经典球赛。我永远都不会忘记2010世界杯的这一刻。特别感谢Iniesta的进球，将西班牙送到世界的巅峰，让斗牛国得以傲视群雄。其他的一些球员也发挥得很棒，值得一提的是Fabregas, Torres, Pique, Sergio Ramos, Xavi, Puyol，他们都起到了关键性的作用。他们是此次夺得世界杯的功臣，更是英雄。另外，David Villa的表现真是无话可说，他凭借他的实力和多次的进球保证将西班牙国家队送入淘汰赛，然后继续的带领西班牙到达世界的巅峰。斗牛士们的精神真是难能可贵，球员们的毅力和团结绝对是关键。

足球并不只是一项进球的运动，她是团结的表现，队员们的默契才是胜利的保证。不喜欢人家拿进球数来说事，那是愚昧的！！

Sorry I have been neglecting this blog for waaaay too long. But it's been a hectic week where I've had to finish all my back to school preparations. Before that was a 2 week holiday, so I did not really touch my computer, and the 2 weeks before that was my exams, so the internet was practically off limits.

Brothers & Dreams

We dreamt, we fought, we played, we cried, we laughed.

We shared our dreams, fought each others battles, played with each other, shed a tear when each of us were in trouble, and laughed at each other's stupid jokes.
Now each of us have to go our own way. Many a time good time we've shared, many a good story we've turned into legends in our old school. Now and then we look back on the past, and wondered if the path we took was the right way, if we could have had made a better choice, if this was the harder way. But what we must never forget is that the roads we've travelled made us who we are today, had we used a different path, we might be a complete stranger to who we are today.

Everyone might notice that our name is X-streets. Its not a coincidence that there are 3 of us. It is not a coincidence that there are 3 other ways to go once you reach the crossroads.At crossroads, each of us will have to walk a different path, but when we look back, all of us can still see where we separated, where each of us has to leave the others to go where we had to go.

The end of a road isn't really the end. Its just the beginning of a new road.Do you know how to put a jigsaw puzzle together? You actually put hundreds of different pieces that don't have the same pattern or picture on them.

All 3 of us are alike, yet we are not the same. We're different pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. We may not be the same piece, but we fit together to form a bigger picture.
We all have to make choices in life. I'm sure a lot of you got scholarships to Japan, Korea, Germany, France, and all other sorts of different scholarships to exotic countries. But a lot of people only take up scholarships for the reason that they are scholarships.

Its like saying:Oh, this shirt has a discount, so I must buy it. The shirt colour doesn't suit you, and its extremely tacky, but you buy it just because its on sale. You don't like to study Physics, and when you get a scholarship to study Physics suddenly you have all sorts of reasons to back your decision to study it.

A person might suddenly say: Oh, I will have a job after I finish university. Oh, they're paying me to study, so it must be good. How childish can you get? Look deep inside your heart, will you be able to look yourself in the face one day in 20-30 years, at the peak of your life, and say: I made the right decision. I am happy with where I am now. I am happy I did not have a dream. Can you do that?My brothers, this goes out to all of you. Even if the way seems dull,gray and never ending.Take heart in your dreams and never let them go. Poor people can become rich just because they dream so, but a dreamer without a heart is like a car without wheels.

We all will separate to go our own way someday. Our dreams will lead us where we want to go. It don't matter how you go, the only thing that matters is where you want to go.One day, we will stand at the peak of our life and look back at the long climb up, and think: Hey, that was easy. It doesn't matter how long it takes, but sooner or later we will get there. Then, we will show what it really means to have a dream.

My brothers, even though we no longer share the same classroom or the same school, we will forever stand by each other,through hail, rain, snow, and maybe a tornado or two. The dreams we shared together will one day come true. Remember how we said that we will all go to China someday? To set foot once more on our motherland? Someday, we really will go, and walk all the way from East to West, North to South.

The times we shared, the nights and days we spent together, sometimes its hard not to laugh when you think about it, since all 3 of us have at least 1 name in common with one of the other. There are 3 sons of Kronos, 3 Musketeers, 3 chou pi jiang, 3 brothers in the Romance of the 3 Kingdoms. So I guess the 3 of us have a rendezvous with destiny as well.

The 3 of us were probably brought together by some otherworldly force. How else could the 3 of us, from completely different backgrounds, end up in the same school and eventually in the same class as well? To say that we're polar opposites would be a misnomer. We are practically completely different from each other, but then together, we can really rock the house.

I guess I've said more than enough. Dragox, Reality, the 2 of you are more than I could have ever hoped for. Thanks to Fate and Destiny for bringing the 3 of us together.

朋友？兄弟？

还记得吗？曾经的感动，那扣人心弦的旋律曾在我们各自的心中烙下深刻的记忆。这些种种的回忆，至今，我仍记忆犹新。我不曾忘怀，尽管时过境迁，也无法磨灭我心中的回忆。我总把它们埋藏在我内心深处，时而将它们翻出来细细品尝一番。它们总会让我觉得窝心，让我更加昂首向前，因为我知道，我们都在为自己的理想向前全力冲刺，我不想被抛在后头。曾几何时，这些回忆还让我嘴角上扬，因为它的美好，因为它是我年少生命中最精彩的一部分。

我没有忘记，我们谈论着我们的祖国。诉说她是如何的强大，更叙述她历史的辉煌。更不能忘怀的是，我们曾许诺，这一辈子定将让我们的脚印在祖国的每寸土地上留下足迹。还有，我们一起贬低“异族”的时光，也是为我所津津乐道的。“它们”的迂腐，无能，懦弱，无知，它们那狗屁历史曾让我们在考试中极为头痛，虽然它们根本没什么历史可言。在5000年历史的面前，它们的过去根本不值得我们去阅读。

我年少的生命，大部分的时间都跟你们一起度过。那是我所缅怀的。一起谈笑风声，一起玩电脑游戏，一起做疯狂的事情……现在，你们都有自己的驾照了，也不用我每次去载你们了，我司机的工作终告一段落了，现在该是你们报答我的时候了吧。我想你们应该晓得该怎么做吧！

说我们的性格大有不同吗？不对吧！还蛮相像的阿！说我们的性格完全一样吗？那就更不像了！至少当中还有些重色轻友的老鼠屎。可是就是很奇妙的，我们被安排了在一起，成为好朋友，好兄弟，成为无话不谈的知心朋友。真是不得不感叹命运的奇妙……

我想，我们的这段“情”，我会铭记于心。我永远都不会忘记，我的身旁有你们这些猪朋狗友。希望我们可以一直保持联络，一直到我们上大学，出社会，成家立业，将来我们老了，还要一起在老人院见面，继续我们那永远都不会有休止符的话题。

上海世界博览会

我晓得，现在才po这个似乎太过时了些，不过我还是坚持要在此见证中国伟大的成就。近日，大家都在讨论着上海世博，身旁的友人有好多都有机会参与该盛典，除了羡慕，还是羡慕。我想，在我的一生中，不会再有第二次机会遇到中国主办世博了。错过了08北京奥运，现在又错过世博，真是令我有够难过得……

不管怎么样，我还是不得不佩服中国的壮举。世博的开幕式真是让我膛目结舌。开幕式将三大重点——烟火，灯光秀，喷泉秀都很完美的展现在世人的眼前。我深信，那已是其他国家穷其一生也难以达到的境界。

开幕式的炫彩夺目后，紧接着的是各个国家的展览馆的富丽堂皇。其中，最吸引我非中国馆莫属！

Jogoya Starhill

I never thought there would be any place as fascinating as Jogoy a, it's practically like a heaven on earth. I'll get to why later on. Its on the 2nd highest floor of Starhill, which is opposite The Pavilion. This is a map I got from their website.This is what you will outside the restaurant.They even got counter somemore leh.This is the entrance to the restaurant.And as soon as you enter the restaurant you will see this.Wow.A wine rack after a flower display. High-class? I'm not sure where to start when describing the food, but they're food is steaming.Literally.As soon as you sit down, you will see the sushi stand.From fish to prawn to what-have-you, everything you can ever dream of on sushi is there. I didn't dare take too many pictures in case they thought I was stealing how they made sushi.
Another first time experience I had while there was to eat sting-ray.I know it kinda looks like fish, but its a damn lot nicer!!

Another part of the crustacean family you can find in there is this poor ''little'' guy:But you gotta be a VIP 1st though.You can also opt for clams, oysters and so on if you like seafood. Another special feature at Jogoya is their...SMOKING ROOM!! No it's not a place where they filter their smoke, it's where the customers can get away to smoke before going back to eat, complete with...glass pictures....a tv...and probably the most DIAO ashtray in all of KL. My friend accompanied me and I'm also not sure how he ended up in the picture as well.I mean, just look at the size of this thing. And its an ashtray? It's gotta be the biggest in the whole of KL as well. Try having one of these at home! Table 99. The biggest table in Jogoya. Good for dining and family reunions. Another interesting feature is their toilet.I mean, who hangs bee nests in their toilets?And not only inside, but outside as well?Ok, the flowers are still understandable, just to make the toilet smell fresher?This is how the Gent's look like, just imagine it without the guy standing there.They've even got a chocolate fountain in there. I forgot to take pictures of the marshmallows. But just look at the damn thing. It looks like plastic but its actually liquid chocolate! Imagine dipping a marshmallow into the chocolate and then biting into it...YUM!And if you feel heaty from eating too much ''hot'' food, you can try one of their coconuts in a bowl.Think of yourself being able to eat the food on the plate above, and its all damn delicious!!

Don't they mean use? (Found at the cocktail cooler)And now, enough bullshit,its time for the highlight of Jogoya:Their desserts.The cookies and biscuits. There are many choices available, among them Oatmeal...as well as chocolate chip.These 2 eerily resemble Famous Amos cookies as well, and don't taste half bad.Anyone else getting hungry by just looking at their cake and jelly display?I tried the mint.And the multicolored jelly to top it off. Both were good and as expected from a place like Jogoya.
Oh, by the way, did I mention that they have Haagen-Dazs and New Zealand Natural as part of their dessert buffet?You can also get waffles at the same counter. Besides that, you can also make your OWN chendol. They've got the ice machine, red beans, the green stringy stuff etc. You can add any amount of syrup or milk as you want as well.However, everything comes with a price, and in this case is around RM90 per head.And before you even think of smuggling food out of the restaurant, here's a little memo...

Ip Man 2

I believe almost everyone is familiar with this guy, but not many people know who his master is.Last Friday, Ip Man 2 finally came out, starring Donnie Chen as the sifu, or also known as the grandmaster or instructor. The film is a bit like a biography of what he did after he escaped the Japs during the 1950s.Well, a few friends and I decided to catch the movie at 11:55 PM on a Sunday night, which at the same time proves how crazy some people can be.Surprisingly, there were also a lot of people there to catch the movie as well, though I doubt most of them would have understood anything the actors said if not for subtitles.This was my friend's reaction when he saw the no outside food sign.After bringing the smuggled goods down the neverending path... I walked until my legs nearly gave way....We sat down in a rather spacious theater. There were more people than above, but after that it was too dark to take photos.Overall, personally, I give this movie...on a rating out of 10. All moviegoers should take the time to watch this. I also recommend some basic knowledge of China's history in order to understand the plot better and be more in touch with the plot of the story. Either way, you don't NEED it to watch the movie.

And these are 3 guys with the winning ticket who just won a hot new car today...not.Actually, I was over at The Pavilion today, and there was actually a charity fund-raising going on.This was organized by Lamborghini, Canon,and a few other sponsors, all the proceeds will go to the Lions Club of KL City, what they will do with the money is not disclosed.
The 3 winning entries of the competition are all shown above.A close up of 1st place, cool no?You can get your picture taken by one of the professional photographers on the spot for just RM10, and they even print it for you in 4R. To Infinity...And beyond!!Don't ask me how, ask the guy in the green & white suit up there.

It's past 2 in the morning, and I can't sleep.My friend got me thinking(Yes, they have warned me about that), and I got a 'sugar rush'.It was something like how 'fair' the world is.

Try walking through the corridor up there. Yes, its a reflection of two mirrors. The journey never ends. That is what the world would be like if it was 'fair'. A never ending cycle of self-repetition. We would be like robots, only knowing what we were told to do, slaves of tradition and norms.I don't know why, but every time I look at this picture, "I am my own grandfather" pops into my head. Abraham Lincoln was born in a poor family, which means it wasn't 'fair' for him. But in the end he became the President.Albert Einstein was born autistic. Yet he developed equations that were fundamental for modern physics.Sarawak is a super-rich state which has abundant natural resources, yet there are people still living in poverty. Ironic, no?

The fairness of the world comes through the fact that those at a disadvantage have the chance to learn whereas others do not.I mean, it's true. You've got nothing to lose by learning. If you learn you overcome your disadvantage, and when you get where those that had the advantage over you are, in a way you are even better than them. Since you overcame more obstacles than them, you can say you're better than them as well.
Fairness is distributed evenly by God,we just gotta do the right thing. Look, I'm not going to discuss this from a religious point of you since there are atheists out there as well, but everything comes with a different advantage or disadvantage. It's up to ourselves to see the things in different lights.The world is unfair. That is why it is fair. The world IS. Whether it is fair or unfair is up to us to decide. If the world was "fair", we would all be just carbon copies of each other, and where would the fun be in that?We are the world, without us, there is no world, the world is in the palm of our hands. We live on Earth, but we are the ones who make it our world. And we are the ones who will have to carry it into infinity, and maybe even beyond that.
Or maybe I'm just emo right now.

ECA centre (Gym)

This isn't about the ECA Centre(yet). It's just that today was the first day I went to the gym. There were a lot of people working out, dancing, playing ping-pong and stuff.(Not from ECA Centre)
However, just now something rather peculiar happened. The result was a gaping hole in the ceiling...Yes, there was a permanent fixture there when I was there, but a person I met at the gym...kinda brought the sandbag down...literally. @@A little less green, maybe.

The mega rich guys can also go for the freakingly long cars as limos like the one above.Or maybe customize one like the Sultan of Brunei. Another step up the ladder....Buy(?) a Transformers car, can change into a robot and back, sure to be a hit!!Or maybe you can just buy the special new BMW MyVi.

Ah, been busy with all sorts of stuff ranging from translating documents to checking out girls to just doing nothing. But an issue that has been bothering me for quite a while. You see, even with big exams like SPM, STPM, college entrance exams, there are still people out there who don't know the front end of a horse from its behind.
However, there are also indigenous people who can strap their cellphones to their heads.

好长一段时间了

好久没流泪了，但每每还是会为了我至爱的家人落下男儿泪。

没有人会明白爸妈的辛苦，没有人会给予同情，没有人会多看你一眼，永远是在一个被遗忘的角落。我不会明白那种心情，惟有在背后默默的为他们祈祷，祝福。期盼明天会更好，更盼望着自己的孩子可以出人头地。

见识到了这个社会的人情冷暖，我不禁感叹世态炎凉啊。钱，带给人们无数的快乐，也连带了它负面的影响。

感慨的同时，我默默期许，自己可以给我的家人更美好的将来。将来，爸妈可以享福，不必有任何顾忌。做想做的事，去想去的地方，买喜欢的东西。当然，也希望爸妈一直健健康康。爸爸很像又腰痛，爸，其实我都看到了，只是我不说罢了，白头发越来越多了哦，跟我们初次见面时差太多了。岁月不留人，时代不饶人。

P/S : 希望自己可以改掉懒散的坏习惯，积极向上。

Man, it sure was hard getting my computer back...at least it's still in one piece.While in KL, i stayed at the Crowne Plaza.
...with a fountain in the front.
At the Crowne Plaza you can also order poached eggs from the chef on duty, he'll fry them on the spot.KL was kinda fun, eventhough I only ended up going to 2 shopping malls.The 1st was the Twin Towers.also known as KLCC....with a fountain in the back.There even the police wear Guess.The LV shopkeeper there is also extremely lonely, look at him staring out.
Look, the tiger is running away from CK...though his head didn't show up at the Armani side.

Kinokuniya. a Jap bookstore in KLCC, also one of the best bookstores I have seen so far.The other mall I went to was the Pavilion.

It's rather big, so you can also put a whole stadium inside it.

At least now I know where the tiger heads went.

Thirsty, anyone?

Malaysians never cease to amaze me......and I begin to wonder why so many places have water features.Had dinner in one of the restaurants there as well, this peach juice cost me RM10...

This proves it. KL people can't count to 8.KL is just a busier kind of Sibu. More people, more hectic lifestyle, if you are laidback, you get swept away, but its a nice place to visit anyway...

哪有这种事？竟然不肯我们载狮头，这不就等于干涉我们的传统吗？不是说每个种族是可以自由庆祝任何节日的吗？只要不触犯法律及威胁人民团结。那这又是什么意思呢？

大家帮忙我想想吧！我们能做的也只有想而已，还是有哪位勇士想去投诉吗？赵明福事件哦！大家仍记忆犹新吧？这就是政治的黑暗啊！还谈什么民主呢？

CNY 2010

My computer has gone into the hospital, ever since 2 weeks ago, which is why I haven't been blogging lately. I only needed to change the fan, but no one told the repairman that, which is why I think it is safe to assume that he is still turning my computer on and off wondering what is the problem with it today.

Anyway, I just got back from KL a few days ago, and would just like to show the contrast between here and there.This is behind Wisma Sanyan, one of the biggest 'malls' in Sibu. on CHINESE NEW YEAR'S EVE.
This is the 'Sibu Window'
The only red I can see is the KFC!! Where are the decorations? Where are the people?? Is the Chinese New Year so irrelevant??I mean, even the traffic lights are redder than the nonexistent decorations. Though some credit should be given to the government for at least putting up billboards so people know its CNY.
At least there are some people who kept the decorations on even when near the end of the 15 days of the CNY. This one is found in front of the Pavilion, KL.Over there, they've got big lanterns...and also dragon people. Their eyes may be open, but since I'm still blogging we can assume they were asleep when I snapped this picture.Anyway, hope you all had a good new year with lots of ang pao, and cash as well~

P.S. I'll try to upload my trip to KL once I get my main computer back...I hope

Lunar New Year

This Lunar New Year is probably one of the most spectacular and special occasions in DECADES. You probably know why.Yes, Valentine's Day falls on the 1st. Where men fall head over heels to buy chocolates, flowers and such for women. I wonder why we never get the same treament? In Japan, at least there is White Valentine's Day, when girls give chocolates back to the guys.But then there are also the losers who give chocolates to themselves so that they won't lose 'face'.

This year is also the year of the tiger, the 3rd member of the Chinese Zodiac. No not the one with 14 girlfriends, the one on the right, who isn't smiling like a hyena.Since the New Year is also the start of spring, and also coincides with Valentine's Day, you could try something to improve relationships with your bitter/better half. Go out for a date, leave the kids with a babysitter. You know that being a mom or dad on a 24/7 basis is tiring, so why not try to spend some time alone together, without the world crowding in on you?He may not be Prince Charming or her your Dream Girl, but he may be Mr. Just-Right-For-You and she your real-life partner, so go out and find that special someone if you haven't found them. Anyway...Wishing you a blessed and prosperous New Year from X-streets.

我的突发奇想

这个城市里的人，都在为着自己在努力。不会有人停下来，放慢脚步，看看身边的人事物，不会有闲情逸致享受路上的风景。大家都在向前奔跑，没有回头，没有中场休息，更没有后退。人是这样，就连雨也感染了这样的风气，匆匆的来，也匆匆的离开了。

当大家都在用所谓的国际语言在沟通时，似乎没有人记得，自己其实是个黄皮肤，黑头发的华人。大家似乎都认为我们的国父是那位庸才，一个我早已忘记他名字的伟大人物。大家在支持一个EQ几乎等于0的国家领导人，是怎么了？你们奢望这样的人来领导我们吗？

这是别人的城市，很明显，它不属于我。但我不曾后悔我的选择，不论多艰难，我都会走下去，将来它将是我人生中很重要很辉煌的一页。突然好怀念以前写到半条命的华文试卷，好幸福。好久没提笔写华文字了……除此之外，其他任何事情都得有所顾忌，我想这是上天给我的考验，收敛我的狂妄自大，收敛我的脾气。朋友嘛，我从来没少过，来到这里不到一个月，我早已有了多不胜数的朋友，可是最念念不忘的还是从前的朋友。少了心机，除去勾心斗角，去掉利益熏心，剩下的只是一颗真心，可以倾吐情感，一起谈论许多我们共同的话题。看着到这篇文字的人，别怀疑，我在说着的就是你。希望你们还记得我这个不算特别也不至于平凡的友人。

这里的夜景很美。即便是凌晨5点，还是灯火通明。比起Sibu，这里显得更有生气，可是多了压力。人们驾的是BMW 7 Series，住的是大到不可思议的豪宅，是有电梯的豪宅。穿的用的是Polo, Armani, LV, Gucci, Guess。这是个竞争的城市，是尔虞我诈，也是金钱主义的社会。对我来说，它还是个鸡同鸭讲的社会，广东？福建？我听没有啦！

看看7Eleven吧！在我们那里是一间都看不到，这里呢？走个一步，就可以看到好几间！怎么会这样呢？问问你自己吧！

Distinctively Malaysia I

We are 1Malaysia.

Where all of us don't deserve to be Malaysian except the Malays . Yes, I'm talking about the ex-aide to our Prime Minister up there. Only a few days ago, he spoke up at a 1Malaysia conference in Melaka.

Literally translated:'The Chinese came to be prostitutes and the Indians came to be beggars when their forefathers came! You should be happy we let you stay here!
All you squatters are just immigrants only! I can revoke your citizenship if you want equal rights! I have the power to do so! All of you are useless except for the Malays when we tried to achieve independence!'

That was the gist of it, but not his exact words, however...
Is this the real truth behind his actions? Meaning that he is not racist and that everything he said is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? If so, I suggest that everyone take the nearest Malaysian history book that they can find, and burn it, because his above statement is contradicting everything about our independence inside it.

To quote the Prime Minister's office: Nasir never intended to make any derogatory remarks. He spoke at length on the contributions made by all races in developing the country.

Really? How did we contribute to the oh-so-great independence of our country? Are you sure the remarks weren't intentional? They also said that Nasir was only saying what he thought and it did not reflect the Prime Minister's opinion. Then why the hell did he resign?

I don't really think that he received a phone call from the office saying:
Isn't this a bit too coincidental? Just after the recent church bombing incidents, this crops up. Did Nasir and UMNO plan this all along? Hell, maybe I should just move to Singapore, at least they have a sense of humor:*Sign reads: Welcome to Singapore, church burning is prohibited.

Or we could just change the 1Malaysia slogan to what the real situation is like:It's not that I'm biased against Malays or bumi, but UMNO is just a tad too extreme for my liking. They look down on other races and religions just because they are not Malays. I apologize if there is any error in the above, and if you deem this to be racist. However, note that I am just blasting Nasir and UMNO, not Malays in general.

结束了2009，迈进2010了！跨年也跨了，生日也过了。18岁的我正翻开人生新的一页，听说18岁在英国喝酒才算是legal噢，我想这里也跑不掉吧！

我的新年新希望呢？

（一）当然是希望今年的学院生活一切顺利咯！星期六就会离开从小长大的家乡了！去深造吗？我想是吧！

（二）希望身体健康！今年都不要有病痛咯！病魔赶快离我远远的吧！

（三）愿我所有的家人一帆凤顺！不论事业，人际关系还是亲子关系甚至夫妻关系一切都好！

Tea House + Enjoy

It's been a really busy month this January, and I haven't been able to come up here that often, hasn't changed much around here though,has it? Anyway, we sent a friend off yesterday at Together Tea House, hope you have fun in Bintulu, Chris.
Yes, we played plane checkers. Want to have a try?

One of the more interesting things we ordered that day included this rather big cup? of fruit juice. I wonder how many times he went to the toilet after finishing it.Since it closes at about 10pm, we went hopped on to our next stop, Enjoy Cafe cum Restaurant.

There we ordered the Enjoy Combo, comprising of French Fries, hot dogs,tofu, cheese chicken and sotong(squid). There's salad in the middle as well, but not many people touched it.
At RM25, it would be rather expensive if you paid for it yourself, however, it might be cheaper if a whole group consisting of you and your friends went.

It was a blue moon last night, so that means...It's a brand new year now, and all of us are just getting a little bit older. Nothing to post right now, photos are still in transition.I just want to wish anyone reading this post a Happy New Year 2010.

There are several things to look forward to this year. My SPM results will be coming out in March. No, I'm not looking forward to that. There is also the FIFA World Cup 2010 which will be taking place in none other than South Africa.

Yes, it will be a spectacular event for the them. However, it is not called the 'Rainbow Nation' for nothing.

Tis The Season to be Jolly

well never mind. If anyone is interested, he gained weight to star in The 3 Stooges.

Anyway, this season seems to filled with blockbusters ranging from old Christmas fables to the second James Cameron movie called Oasis of th e Seas, also known as Titanic II, where the ship goes down after been hit by a meteor. Just kidding.

Avatar. No not the Last Airbender. The one from the director of Titanic.

This is practically another one of the greatest movies to hit the silver screen. Recommended for all ages. Epic fight scenes. Hidden messages. You name it. He nailed it. And now on to the real movie.

I believe many have heard of prequel, sequels, and any-other-quels you can name. But this Christmas Eve bring the Squeakquel to the all popular Alvin and the Chipmunks to the big screen. Some people were wondering where the Chipettes were in the 1st movie, and surprise surprise, here they are. Now in case you haven't watched the whole movie, watch as Alvin and his pals fall in love...again.

Strangely, they picked Christmas Eve for their premiere, yet I don't detect anything Christmassy about it.

10 things to do after SPM

Haha, it's been nearly a month since I last posted, and that was at the beginning of the exams, now that its finally over, I'm free to blog again. Below are some of the things we did, and I compiled a list of must-do-things after SPM:
1. Go karaoke......at MYCentre, then get sakit perut from eating too much Mr. Potato.

2. Do crazy stuff in the park at 12 in the morning......and also play cards through the night before going out for breakfast at 4am

3. Eat extravagantly with friends..
...even if you end up not being full.(Once in a lifetime only lar, or you want to re-test next year?)

4.Form a cult......and this was with other people watching

5.Sit on a hill and point in one direction.....Same park, different location

6. Celebrate Chirstmas......behind Parkson, no less.

7. Hang out by the roadside......and hope no cars pass by

8.Organize a mass suicide...
...by jumping into the river together

and also 9. Visit a memorial park...
...at night and take photos of you and your friends

But most importantly...
10. Keep in touch with your friends
They were there for you before the exams, they shared your stress during the exams, and they will still be there after the exams, remember to keep in touch with them even if they no longer play an important role in your life. Now, at the risk of sounding like an English poet:

Make new friends, keep the old,
One is silver, the other gold.

梁文音——《爱，一直存在》

以星光二班亚军出道，入围第20届金曲奖新人奖，自首张专辑后，梁文音再次推出力作《爱，一直存在》。

她一直是万众瞩目的，歌唱实力当然不在话下。我一直很欣赏她的高音和她演绎歌曲的方式。首张专辑的质素相当高，入围了台湾丶新加坡丶马来西亚丶香港丶内地等亚洲区“最佳新进歌手”丶“最佳女歌手”丶“最佳音乐录影带”等各大小音乐奖项，她的实力毋庸置疑。

这次她推出这张专辑，找来了许多大牌来为她编曲填词。其中还有我个人非常欣赏的女创作人，Tanya为她谱《第六感》的曲。她这次初尝当女主角的滋味，主演偶像剧《紫玫瑰》，所以专辑中当然也收录了片头及片尾曲——爱一直存在，哭过就好了。本人特别推荐《哭过就好了》，是梁文音最擅长诠释的民谣风格曲风，绝对是一首疗伤好歌。另外，她表示，这首歌的歌词就像是在描写她自己的心情，也希望藉由这首歌鼓励所有曾经失意过或正在面临情感考验的人，再痛丶再伤，哭过就好了。我十分赞成，真的，哭过就好了。谁说男人不可以哭的？

她还找来了约书亚乐团合唱《奶与蜜之地》。第一次接触约书亚是听他们的诗歌，这次他们竟然有机会合作。乍听之下，还真像福音歌曲。

个人非常喜欢这张专辑，迫不及待要po上来和大家分享了，相信会是它们陪伴我度过难关重重的会考了。

这是法國籍男子，ZEVS的杰作！先前他于香港中环Giorgio Armani店鋪外墙上，画上了CHANEL溶解LOGO。他是法国街头艺术家、也是名牌溶解王ZEVS。事后，他不僅被當地警方逮捕，还被Giorgio Armani求偿674.6萬港幣(2700多萬台幣)的天价。马币？大家算算看吧！

他的个展即将开锣——"LUX"，取自於LUXY，將在英国的艺廊展出他于法国的许多街头创作。还真有趣！我实在佩服他！真想看他现场露露两手！

SPM Exam

I'm sure many Form-5'ers are familiar with this booklet. It's the timetable for our SPM(Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia). So in the name of Sex, Power and Money, I will need to knuckle down and get ready to face about 1 month of torture, like behind bars.

Some people refer to SPM as Sijil Pergi Mati, which is Go Die Certificate, we won't really die, but to some people its probably the same thing. Below are some examples of how some students cope with stress or how stress affects them.

店面分为3层楼，每一楼都有不同的公用。底楼是Runner’s Studio，一楼则是全日本规模最大的NIKEiD Studio，二楼蛮吸引我的，它准备了各式各样关于足球的服务。

大家看看它的设计吧！真是叹为观止啊！真佩服它的“造型师”！

Well, me and a few friends decided to go out for supper, and ended up here. The only translation I could think of was food park, and even that seems strange, or maybe what the people who set this up mean it to be a food court? Anyway, on to the food.
To start of with the drinks, all of us had this Fruit Ice, normally called 'shui guo bin' here. Its a mixture of fruits such as watermelon and honeydew with blended ice and some jelly on top, only for the price of Rm 2.50, we all had this, the bloody copycats.This plate of mee hoon was priced at RM3.00, the standard Sibu price for a plate of fried noodles etc. Mixed with a few slabs of meat and some vegetables, it also looks and tastes like mee hoon.
Now for the next item on the list, this plate of shan guo zhi, ' The Three Kingdoms' mixes three types of noodles together, I'm not sure how it tastes like, but it should be quite good since my friend ordered it twice.

Overall, the food here was to my liking, and the service here was quite fast. but one thing still puzzles me...What was in the plastic bag that was so interesting?

刚刚没事便上网到处溜溜！赫然发现今天竟然是光棍节！更夸张的是，我的生日——1月1日竟是小光棍节！
注：1月11日和11月1日是中光棍节，11月11日才是大光棍节。

我想应该没有人想在这天结婚吧！没想到我错了！据统计，广州市有300多对新人在这天登记结婚结束光棍生涯，比前后几天来结婚的人都更多！真是颇有趣的！

另外，"PEPERO DAY"是韩国光棍节的称呼，直译为“巧克力棒节”。PEPERO，是韩国流行的一种巧克力棒。在11月11日送PEPERO给好友，单身男女借此向心仪对象表白，已经成为了韩国人大人小孩共同的一种时尚，也使近年来"PEPERO DAY"的人气不断高涨，情人节也要靠边站。与此同时，PEPERO的包装也越来越多样化，很多人把PEPERO包装成花的模样，加上“我喜欢你，愿意和我交往吗？”之类字样的卡片，以此代替鲜花。PEPERO的制造商乐天公司这些年也从中获利颇丰。（又是商家得利啦！）据称，每年11月初，韩国PEPERO销量便会剧增。本人曾经也吃过，不过却是原装版的，好想弄一盒较特别的来！

这个节日确实挺有意思的！单身的朋友们，把握今天好好的狂欢一番吧！明年的今天，希望大家都不会再有机会庆祝它了！我的部落客伙伴，Dark Horse，看到这个博文一定乐high了！

Disney's Princess and The Frog

Does anyone still remember Disney before they went into 3d stuff like Wall-E, or before Disney started becoming monotonous by producing teenage superstars?

Well, Disney has reverted back to some of its older ways of making movies, as in 2d cartoons. Old cartoons like Tarzan, The Lion King etc. are a part of many a childhood, and its good to see that Disney start producing something more classical again, instead of making another movie about teenagers.

Enters Ne-Yo...

One of the masterminds behind this movie's soundtracks, Ne-Yo has written music withe and for people ranging from Beyonce to Rihanna and now finally Disney. Now here's one of the tracks which can be found in the movie which premieres worldwide, if my sources can be trusted, on the 11th December 2009.

Does anyone remember the controversial song Negarakuku sung by Namewee?

Well, he's at it again, this time turning on TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) which is the supplier of electricity in West Malaysia. Apparently the residents in Muar suffered a an electric cut because of a 'breakdown' on the 26th last month.

Having called the wrong number, he went straight to the Muar branch and well...see for yourself. Subtitles have been added by Namewee 'so that more people will understand what I'm saying'

音乐鬼才——卢广仲

卢广仲又有新作品了哟！10月30日，他正式发行了新专辑——《七天》。他一直被冠为音乐鬼才，还记得我第一次认识他是因为他奇特的造型，黑框眼镜，发型，穿着，太特别了。

20届金曲奖，他勇夺最佳新人奖，还凭《100种生活》获得最佳作曲人奖，一鸣惊人。Eason都毫不吝啬地夸奖卢广仲的《100种生活》才是他心目中的最佳专辑，看来他的音乐和Eason的taste有对到了。

这次，他花了一年筹备，超过三个月的录制工作才完成了新专辑。刚刚听了一下，个人很喜欢《爱情习作》，《吉米宝贝》，《最寂寞的时候》，当然少不了第一波主打——《七天》。

《七天》的歌词颇有意思的：我想做的永远都跟不上改变，改变需要勇气面对。想想其实也蛮有道理的，世上的事千变万化，一放慢脚步，很容易就被淘汰了。七天，七天？不就是一个星期吗？突发奇想！

在某站看到有人这么评论这张专辑：他的动物直觉在带领他探询新的可能性。这张唱片好听到让人想大叫! 充满了创造所必须具备的浪漫与天真……他的专辑永远都让人充满了期待。

本人也大力推荐这张所谓浪漫与天真并俱的专辑！喜欢卢广仲的人们啊，赶快行动吧！

林宥嘉——感官世界

大家对Yoga应该不陌生吧？我自己是对他独特的嗓音情有独钟啊！

2008銷售新人王，星光一帮冠军，林宥嘉2008年推出他个人的首张专辑《神秘嘉宾》，获大眾一致好评，其中凭单曲「病态」和「眼色」在台湾金曲奖获得评审的青睐，自己更入围年度最佳新人奖。同年举行的《林宥嘉2008迷宫巡迴演唱会》，让他成为了华语乐坛唯一在专辑发行前先举行个人售票演唱会的歌手。

其实还蛮崇尚“看见什么吃什么”精神的，不想顾虑那么多，享受当下美食的魅力。除去了会肥胖的烦恼，仿佛食物都变美味了点。有时候好好的大吃一顿也是人生一大乐事叻！减肥嘛，明天再说吧！后天？也可以啦！

南非世界杯将在明年正式引爆！2014世界杯主办权也已花落巴西了。我最期待的莫过于2018/2022世界杯的主办国了。现在期待也并不为过啦，因为明年12月2日FIFA也将公布了！

其中申办的国家包括 Australia，Belgium & Netherlands，England，Indonesia，Japan，Portugal & Spain，Russia 和 United States。我最支持的当然是非英格兰莫属了啦！贵为现代足球鼻祖的它在现代足球中扮演不可或缺的角色。英格兰本土的顶级联赛更贵为欧洲第一大联赛呢！本人一向以来都十分向往英国足球，它的节奏，观众的热情，场地的优势一直都是人人所津津乐道的。

我的偶像，David Beckham与其国家队队友，Wayne Rooney。

目前已有16个城市名列英格兰举办城市中：Birmingham, Bristol, Derby, Hull, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Nottingham, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Sheffield 和 Sunderland，当然还有我的最爱——Manchester啦！

Sheraton Restaurant

Well, I'm just another one of those guys who gets dragged around attending dinners because of obligations to other people, which is why I found myself at the Sheraton Restaurant the other day. Its rather close to Telekom Sibu, if anyone's interested.

When you see this, your first impression of Sheraton would most probably be a kopitiam, or an outdoor 'restaurant', like so:

Well, since I've been living in Sibu for quite a while already, it not a surprise to see this big ass building instead of a coffeeshop:

I apologize for the poor picture quality, my phone doesn't have a very good megapixel. Anyway, onto the food. As some people know, there are mainly 7-8 courses when you go out for 'dinner', which is our equivalent for attending engagement parties and such. The first course always winds up as something like this:
Looks tasty, doesn't it? Its actually just an appetizer, consisting of stuff just as Shark's fin, fried sotong(squid), and such. Next on the typical list is the soup:
When you come to Sibu, the soup will normally be a seafood type of soup, but we had chicken soup that day, not exactly our of the norm, but a tad surprising. The third item on the list is fish curry, which is said to be the specialty if this particular restaurant.

The restaurant will supply you with rice to go with the curry, or I doubt anyone would have been able to finish it. The curry is rather spicy, so is not recommendable for people who don't know how to eat hot stuff. Overall, it is a rather delectable dish if you like spicy food. The 4th is a dish of vegetables.

A mixture of tofu, carrots, a few slabs of meat, mushrooms etc. Not exactly a culinary delight, but not bad either. The next dish is something I only came in contact with that day.

Soft shelled crab, with jellyfish on the side. I'm not exactly a great fan of crustaceans, as I'm normally too lazy to peel of the shells, so when this dish came out, I was rather surprised. You can just chew the whole thing, as the shell has been reduced to a crisp, which is edible as well. This is definitely worth a try if you visit Sheraton. The second last dish is prawns. They were a bit bigger than normal prawns, but not exactly fresh. Below shows one of the prawns on my plate.

Nuff said. The last dish normally consists of a dessert and most importantly fruits. However, I will be leaving you to imagine what kind of fruit had been placed on the plate that day.Honestly speaking, I just forgot to take a picture of the fruits before we polished it off. I guess Sibu people rarely have the problem of constipation.

All in all, I would recommend the fish and the crab for anyone keen on visiting this restaurant. The chicken soup is quite good as well. If you need directions, just follow the road signs to the library, you will see the building on your left.

Hey all, this is X-streets, which will be managed by 3 people, yours truly being the Dark Horse(DH). Some people will wonder why I picked this name, but that will be obvious as time passes.This is going to be a bilingual website, with me managing English and TR & Drag writing in Chinese.We will be covering everything from food to music to traveling, whenever we get around to it, at least.
